Shipping policy

At Karmaveda, we strive to deliver your spiritual products safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand delivery timelines, shipping costs, and other important information.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (India)

  • Non-customized orders: 5-7 working days from dispatch
  • Customized/Energized orders: 7-10 working days from dispatch
  • Remote areas: 7-12 working days from dispatch

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for select metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) within 3-4 business days. Additional charges may apply.

Order Processing

  • Online prepaid orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days
  • COD orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days after verification
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day

2. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India.

    3. Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

    • Order Id/AWB Number

    You can track your order by logging into your account on our website.

    4. Damaged or Missing Packages

    If Package Appears Damaged

    • Refuse the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
    • Take photos/videos while opening the package
    • Contact us within 24 hours with your Order ID and photos

    Replacement Policy

    We provide free replacement for products damaged during transit, provided:

    • Issue is reported within 24-48 hours of delivery
    • Photographic evidence of damage is provided
    • Original packaging and product tags are intact

    5. Refund & Return Policy

    Important: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for non-damaged products.

    Due to the sacred and spiritual nature of our products (Rudraksha, Gemstones, Malas, and energized items), we maintain a strict no refund/no return policy for products that are:

    • Delivered in good condition without any damage
    • Opened or used after delivery
    • Returned due to change of mind or personal preference
    • Customized or energized as per customer request

    Exceptions (Refund/Replacement Eligible)

    Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:

    • Manufacturing defects – Product has a genuine defect not caused by handling
    • Shipping damage – Product damaged during transit (with photo proof)
    • Wrong product delivered – Different item received than what was ordered

    All claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

    6. Pricing & Taxes

    All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Government of India regulations. Karmaveda is fully GST compliant.
