At Karmaveda, we take great care in sourcing and delivering authentic spiritual products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Important: Due to the sacred and spiritual nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues. Please verify product details before purchasing.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window
- Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement
- Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- No cancellation fees are charged for eligible cancellations
Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel your order due to stock unavailability, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Eligible for Return/Replacement
We accept return/replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Damaged during transit – Product arrived broken or damaged
- Manufacturing defect – Product has a genuine defect not caused by handling
- Wrong product delivered – Received a different item than ordered
- Missing items – Order incomplete or items missing from package
NOT Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Sizing or fitting issues
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Customized or energized products made to order
- Dissatisfaction with perceived spiritual benefits
Note: We guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products. However, we do not guarantee specific spiritual or astrological benefits, as results may vary based on individual beliefs and practices.
3. Return/Replacement Timeframes
- Damaged/Defective products: Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Wrong product delivered: Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Missing items: Report within 72 hours of delivery
Claims submitted after these timeframes will not be honored.
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our support team at support@karmaveda.in with:
- Order ID / Order Number
- Clear photos or unboxing video showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
Step 3: If approved, return the product in its original packaging, unused and with all tags intact
Step 4: Upon inspection and approval, we will process your replacement or refund
Mandatory: Unboxing video is required for all damage claims. Claims without video evidence may be rejected.
5. Refund Methods & Timeline
Refund Options
- Store Credit – Full amount credited to your Karmaveda account (recommended)
- Original Payment Method – Refund to bank/card/UPI (processing fee of ₹200 may apply)
Refund Timeline
- Store Credit: Within 24-48 hours of approval
- Bank/Card Refund: 5-7 business days after approval
- UPI Refund: 3-5 business days after approval
Note: Bank processing times may vary. If you don't receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or receive a full refund
- No additional shipping charges for replacements due to our error
7. Condition Requirements
For a return/replacement to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from customer-caused damage, stains, or alterations
- Accompanied by original invoice or order confirmation
Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or improperly packaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or replacement.
8. Grievance Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint:
- Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days from receipt
Karmaveda reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of policy abuse, fraudulent claims, or unforeseen circumstances.
